Led by an experienced ecopsychologist and somatic expert, these classes blend the healing power of nature with the grounding practices of yoga and meditation. Set in serene outdoor environments, each session is designed to harmonize your body and mind through gentle movement, deep relaxation, and breathwork. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, enhance your physical health, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment in nature, our outdoor yoga classes offer a supportive and rejuvenating experience for all levels.​​

Fullmoon Forest Bathing

Celebrate the sturgeon full moon and harvest with energetic practices to regulate your system, deepen your experience, and connect with yourself, nature and community through physical movement, forest bathing and green mindfulness.
