SEELEDU Yoga

SEELEDU Yoga provides a safe and inviting space to explore the body/mind connection in an accessible, encouraging and healing way. Classes are generally smaller in size, slower in pace and designed to inspire and educate. Questions are welcome and modifications are encouraged, we find what is best for your body! Intermittent positional releases and props are often used to develop a healthier, more intuitive relationship with injury, pain and restrictions. Learn safe movement without intimidation.
Each session is unique and draws upon the body's innate capacity to heal. To compliment the understanding of anatomy, physiology, and psychology SEELEDU Yoga taps into the unique sensitivity of the more subtle energetic structures of the body. By tapping into this energetic framework, we open the possibilities to a more integrative healing experience.
Classes are movement as medicine and playfulness is an essential piece of the SEELEDU Yoga flow and philosophy. Visualization, body mapping techniques and breath work are incorporated throughout the experience.
SEELEDU Yoga is for everyone! Whether you are new to yoga, with injuries or mobility limitations, or have a decades long practice, SEELEDU Yoga is appropriate for you. SEELEDU Yoga also offers age-, movement- and topic-appropriate courses for our younger yogis! Children and teens learn body awareness, emotional regulation, improve memory, concentration, and attention, and many new skills through age-appropriate guided imagery and visualization, storytelling, songs, partner work, and movement.
