Mid-Advent often feels hectic. The holidays, deadlines, and responsibilities can pull attention outward, away from your internal rhythm. The Third Advent invites presence, a pause to notice your mind, body, and surroundings.

Presence Practices for the Third Advent
Mindful Check-ins: Pause for a short body scan. Where do you feel tension in your body? Where do you feel ease? Or focus on your breath to anchor awareness.
Nature Connection: Step outside, notice seasonal cues: the color of the trees, the feeling of the crisp air on your skin, the shine of low sunlight.
Intentional Micro-Pauses: Brew a cup of tea, journal a sentence, or do a moment of gentle stretching. Even small pauses can restore energy.
Closing Reflection
Ask yourself: Where are you fully present today?
Use these small practices to cultivate calm and clarity during the busiest part of winter.
